New Global Report on Women in Media

The International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) will be releasing "The Global Report on Women in the News Media" at its conference  March 20-25, Washington, DC. My colleague, Carolyn Byerly, oversaw the research for the report. I also participated in the report when I interviewed Dennis Ryerson, editor of the Indianapolis Star, about employment of women at the paper. Overall the conference seems like a very interesting event and I wish I could've gone.
